Episode 5.08 - "Shutdown"

Well, the government is shut down during a budget stalemate. This is the episode where Bartlet & Josh get their groove back! Oh and we meet "Rina" for the first time, and we want to hear your opinions. Other than that, here's a rare "Let Bartlet Be Bartlet" moment in Season 5. Enjoy it!

Budget negotiations have Josh on the sidelines and Donna in the room. Meanwhile, after a Supreme Court Justice collapses, The Bartlet Administration has to find a way to ask the ailing Judge to step down.
